A lot of emphasis will be placed on following your heart and finding your own unique voice and way of expression, even if you choose not to teach yoga. The skills, practices, and lessons learned from this training will well-serve you the rest of your life.
We also want to emphasize that we do not promote any world-view or religious dogma, but rather bring forward different viewpoints so that we might “consider the possibilities.” We view yoga not as a religion but as a tool that can actually help you to practice your own faith and live your life more fruitfully.
There are many paths of yoga (“paths are many, truth is one”), and there are many styles; we want to help you find the ones that fit you best. That said, the style that we mainly teach is a form of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga (aka “Vinyasa Flow”) that lends itself well to the creativity and intuition of the teacher and can be modified to fit different age groups, fitness levels, etc.

P.S. From the Yoga Alliance website: “A RYS 300-hour advanced training is designed to build upon and deepen the trainee’s understanding of the fundamental concepts of the practice and teaching of yoga that are generally taught at the RYS 200-hour level. A RYS 300-hour advanced training prepares its trainees to teach principles and techniques of yoga that are more advanced, more detailed, and/or subtler, and the training enables them to teach with greater skill than could reasonably be expected of a RYT 200.”
