Join Amy for a heart-centered gathering focused on connection, reflection, and restoration. Together, we will explore sacred journaling, gratitude, and positive sharing to nurture the mind and deepen our connection with ourselves and one another. The circle will also include gentle movement to nourish the body, followed by a calming sound bath and Reiki experience to promote relaxation, grounding, and inner healing.

This special experience will lead you into a state of deep relaxation and healing through sound and craniosacral therapy energy work.
The session will begin with intention setting and guided meditation with sound, craniosacral therapy and complete with a relaxing sound bath featuring harp, voice, crystal singing bowls.
Each participant will receive an individual healing adjustment as part of the session.
