Kula Circle
Join Niki and Sarah for a cozy evening of conversation and practice. We’ll start with 45 minutes of yoga philosophy and group discussion. And we’ll follow that with 45 minutes of a nourishing restful practice. Kula (a Sanskrit word that means “community of the heart”) is the spirit of our evening.
