Have you hit a plateau in your physical practice? Maybe you’re curious about trying new asana but don’t know where to begin. In this series, Clara will progress you through four workshop sessions to advance your vinyasa flow practice safely and sustainably. We’ll learn how to create smooth transitions from posture to posture, landing in strength and overall ease in the practice. Over the course of four weeks, the four workshops include:

Day 1- Deep Core Strength

Day 2- Float & Fly

Day 3- Advanced Standing Postures
