Join Jeni Martinez, 500 E-RYT yoga teacher and yoga-lifer, who has recently returned to the PNW after living in northern Spain for 4 years.
This series will take you deeper into relationship with the yogic tools of movement, meditation, mantra and pranayama that Jeni first introduced in her Jan. 19th workshop. (Attendance of the Jan 19th workshop is not a pre-requisite for attending this series.)
Each week you will learn and practice variations of these techniques, building your own toolbox of healing methods that can help to sustain you during times of overwhelm, anxiousness, exhaustion and hopelessness.
Start your year with the support of proven yogic techniques, the comfort of community and the inspiration that can manifest during guided meditations. Learn to appreciate deep rest as a form of healing by enjoying at least one restorative pose at the end of each class. By the time the signs of spring are evident, you will have learned to tap into your own resilience and joy.
