This spring, wake up stagnant energy and dormant wintery parts of yourself through daily(ish) yoga and/or meditation practice. This is not a personal challenge, but rather a commitment to yourself and the celebration of the returning of the energy of spring!
Create a personal commitment that brings you home to yourself, that has you feel refreshed, awake, and alive as we move into springtime. Bring greater energy and vitality into your body and mind through mindful movement, energizing breath practice, and centering meditation.
Enjoy a vibrant community of support. Weekly online check ins will anchor us and help create accountability, and Erin will share new recorded practices each week with you. Step into the support of others to bolster your commitment to yourself and your path.
Your 21 Day Commitment includes:
- An online weekly check in (Tuesdays, 7-8:30pm) will include a gentle, yet enlivening yoga and meditation practice, time to share and connect with your community, and specific practices to take with you for the next week. (Weekly check-in will be recorded in case you have to miss a session).
- An opportunity to create your own structure to practice daily(ish) over the 21 days. This might include studio or online yoga or meditation classes, self-guided practice, or practice using recordings.
- Small group accountability buddies to check in with (as works for you).
- A recording from Erin of a weekly guided meditation or other practice to use on your own time.
