From our experience in the inaugural book club a new idea was born. We will not be assigning reading materials ahead of time. We'll gather to discuss a theme, bringing forth our favorite resources. This is a gathering to share your understanding thereby enrich and inspire each other and expand our individual horizons.

Here is the opportunity to hit the “reset” button! Kick start the New Year with Beth's master detox class! 90 minutes of flowing, breathing, twisting, and sculpting: to clear out the old, both physically and emotionally. Following that, 30 minutes of deep stretch and intention setting meditation will charge your 2026 in the right way!
Invigorating flow will release anything stagnant that's holding you back, and deep stretch and meditation at the end will help set new intentions and goals for the new year.
