This is a gathering to share your understanding thereby enrich and inspire each other and expand our individual horizons.

Yoga Nidra & the Art of Rest (ages 10–15)

Join Kateryna Didenko (Katya), mindfulness mentor, a yoga teacher, educator, art-therapist for Kids' Nidra practice. Katya is a professor of Humanistic Pedagogy with a master’s degree in psychology. For the past two decades, she's been developing, implementing, and studying curricula for kids mindfulness practices worldwide. Katya is mostly proud of her practical degree: being a mom of four. Her main yoga - kindness and love beyond the mat.
 
We’ll start with a bit of gentle yoga and stretching, then move into a guided relaxation journey — a mix of imagination, mindfulness, and real rest.
At the end, we’ll have a few minutes to share, draw, or write a short reflection.

Following that, 30 minutes of deep stretch and intention setting meditation will charge your 2026 in the right way!

Invigorating flow will release anything stagnant that's holding you back, and deep stretch and meditation at the end will help set new intentions and goals for the new year.
