Ready to take your belly dance journey to the next level? This 8-week mixed-level series is designed for dancers with some prior experience or those who have completed the foundational course. We'll build on core techniques with more challenging combinations, layered movements, and a dynamic choreography that evolves throughout the series.
You’ll be introduced to props such as canes, sagat (finger cymbals) and silk fans, exploring rhythm and coordination in new and exciting ways. This class encourages growth, creativity, and a willingness to try new things in a supportive, fun environment.
New students with previous dance experience may be accepted at the instructor’s discretion.
Join us for a gentle yoga class with movement, breathwork, and meditation, dedicated in the spirit of appreciation and connection ~ supporting Indigenous communities practicing land rematriation and cultural preservation.
Proceeds will be donated to the Sky Woman's Forever Farm through Waterfall Unity Alliance, an organization committed to reconnecting people with the land and fostering community resilience in the Schoharie Valley.

Full moons offer an opportunity to let go of what we no longer need and circles are spaces to listen to our heart’s song in a beloved community. After we cast a sacred circle, move, meditate and let go, Charlie Adinolfi will bless us with a beautiful sound bath to help make space for new moon wonders.
Mati opens the doors at 6:30 for food & fellowship.
Circle starts 7pm.
