This workshop is designed to deeply support stress relief through some of yoga’s most effective healing tools. You’ll be guided through a calming Yin Yoga sequence, targeted breathwork, and guided meditation—all aimed at releasing physical, mental, and emotional tension. These simple, restorative practices help regulate the nervous system and create space for deep rest, ease, and renewal.
