The relationship of the bones along this region create and support the natural curve of the spine. When we move or sit in a misaligned way we compromise our main pillar of support. This can cause us pain and discomfort. By learning to align, strengthen, and stretch this region we can help prevent and relieve pain in the hips, low-back, and create better support for your entire body.
This workshop is for everyone! New students will build a solid foundation in their lowerbody. Those working with pain will learn to safely modify and rebuild their practice. Seasoned practitioners will refine their knowledge of the hip and sacroiliac joint as well as the low-back.
