This session joins our essential tune up series due to the amount of questions we get asked about breathing technique.
This short session will allow the swimmer to gain an
understanding of why breathing is important in swimming, breathing
technique and different breathing patterns and exercises they can
perform in their swimming session to really get their breathing
This session will be held at Lake86
*Cooler water sessions are priced at our cold water price point as the water time will be restricted due to the temperature of the water (usually 20-30mins)
