
Join Spotted Dog Yoga for this State Park Week outdoor yoga event on 6/15/23 at 7pm! The theme of the day is “Nourish Your Health and Well-Being” and we can think of no better way to do that than to enjoy a yoga class in the beautiful outdoors.

The AWAKEN 200-Hour core curriculum builds a solid understanding of the tools of yoga through asana, meditation, and self-inquiry. Through rigorous practice, AWAKEN provides you with an in-depth experience and exploration of Baptiste Yoga Methodology. You will develop the mastery to look, listen, and give tools so that you feel confident teaching yoga to anybody by the completion of the program. Although you will learn to teach yoga, at its core AWAKEN is a self-development program providing you with new awareness, increased drive and revived passion.
While most of our live gatherings are available for IN STUDIO participation, you can participate in this program from ANYWHERE as ALL of our sessions have a virtual participation option.

Join Jim Sweeney and Lena Morton for this two-part Beginners Series that will break down the elements and intentions of the Baptiste Yoga style practice we teach at Spotted Dog Yoga. Whether you already practice yoga or never have before this program is for YOU! By the conclusion of this program you will develop a foundation in both the alignment of the poses and essential pillars that help create a balanced practice so that you can take the next step in your yoga journey!
