Yoga for Beginners: Four-week Series

This 4-Week Beginner Yoga Series, held in the studio, is designed to alleviate worries about your first yoga class and make your introduction to yoga enjoyable. This is also a great course for current yoga practitioners who are looking to revisit beginning principles or those who have been out of practice and would like a refresher.

In this series, you will learn foundational poses that are taught in most classes with a focus on technique and alignment, while developing camaraderie with other students who are learning too. Upon completion of this series you can expect to be prepared to enter a regular class with increased confidence.

Learn how to properly use the mallets, where to place the bowls for different room settings, and what kind of speed, pressure, and rotation to use for different singing bowls. Learning how to quiet the brain with these meditative techniques will be very helpful as it is said that 75% of ailments are created in the brain.
