This 4-Week Beginner Yoga Series
is designed to alleviate worries about your first yoga class and
make your introduction to yoga enjoyable. This is also a great
course for current yoga practitioners who are looking to revisit
beginning principles or those who have been out of practice and
would like a refresher.
In this series, you will learn foundational poses that are taught in most classes with a focus on technique and alignment, while developing camaraderie with other students who are learning too. Upon completion of this series you can expect to be prepared to enter a regular class with increased confidence.

Energy Medicine Yoga is an integrative yoga practice accessible to students of all levels. Yamuna Body Rolling is essentially self-massage. With balls of various sizes and firmness, we used our body weight and small movements to release tension from our necks, backs, leg muscles and more.
