Sunday Pop-Up Class

Join Sybil in a pop-up practice to balance yin and yang energy. Our sequence will target the conective tissue surrounding the hips, pelvis and lower spine. We will take our time in the movements, stepping outside of society's call to rush, with SATYA (sensory awareness training for yoga attunement) and a restorative approach to asana.
Permit yourself to rest deeply as an antidote to the buzz and hum of life's outward activities. Use this practice to create wide open space inside. This approach to practice is an excellent way to ground and prepare for the week ahead.
