THREE HOUR YOGA
Awareness, Breath, Balance, Strength, Flexibility and Relaxation
A comprehensive and powerful practice, with some challenge and a deeper experience than the typical “short” class. It’ll go by quickly, but we won't need to skimp on anything.
Our time will begin with some introspection, pranayama and a slow steady warming, followed by some energetic movement and standing work. Once we’re nice and warm it will be time for some deeper exploration of strength, balance and flexibility. Every part of our bodies will be addressed, including a serious visit to our core. We’ll end with a long cool down and extended Savasana.
