Join us for a two hour Yin yoga class led by Nicole on Sunday December 1st. The busy months of November and December can seem like a whirlwind and be chaotic at times. The quiet practice of yin yoga can help balance and help find harmony in both our bodies and mind. During the class we will focus on turning inward, grounding, and transitioning our bodies into the winter season.
