Join Camille Aragon for four installments of thoughtful discussion and practical application of the traditional Ashtanga method.
In this workshop we will:
- Discuss the origins of Ashtanga Yoga
- Learn the benefits of a regular daily practice
- Explore basic asanas in the primary series -- including alignment/modifications, breath, bandhas and drishti
- Begin to develop your personal self-practice, which you will be able to take with you anywhere
All levels are welcome and you are encouraged to bring a friend!
