This practice integrates the dimensions of physical and mental within the realms of sensual and spiritual. Coordination of movements, somatic yogāsana and breathing, synchronized with the resounding multi-layered vibrations of 4 large brass Gongs - accented with the ethereal sounds of temple bells, singing bowls, flutes, voice, harmonium, tanpura, and sundry shamanic sounds - provides the practitioner the opportunity to truly appreciate the relation between the physical body, breath, subtle energy, spirit and sound. This practice leads to an energized physical body, calm mind, regulated breath, and increased empowerment of being.
