Gina Hart Smith will share the ancient teachings of yoga and Ayurveda with accessible traditions and practices guiding you into the season of autumn with ease and joy.
Let us start thinking about what Ayurveda calls the “vatta” season of cooling, drying and dying off and how we can counter that with warmth and movement.
Have fun learning the wisdom and healing nature of yoga with tea, a focus on fall practices and of cours the inimitable Pumpkin Spice yoga session.
