Do this class from the comfort and convenience of your own home. You need a TRX Suspension Trainer to take part, and you'll join us from our booking system, or click the link in the notification email before class.

Train movement with our TRX classes and learn to move safely and effectively. Using your own body weight and leverage, you'll develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. These functional fitness classes are suitable for all levels, and they're fun! In true IPF style, we fuse fitness, Pilates and yoga into our TRX workouts. Our participants are achieving incredible results!

The TRX Suspension Trainer is a highly effective performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises in a very safe and FUN way! TRX is suitable for ALL levels of fitness.
