Each new year brings new blessings, challenges, and opportunities, so let's prepare for the upcoming year together!
In this special sound healing, we have an opportunity to gain insight and get our energy systems ready for the year ahead.
This class starts with an opportunity to contemplate information on the collective energies for 2026 as predicted through numerology and astrology.
Class participants will then experience specific yogic breathing, stretching and movement (all beginner level), which will allow the nervous system to prepare for the healing sound vibrations. Participants then lie face up in shavasana to experience the peaceful, healing sounds of gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, bells and other sacred instruments.

AWAKEN 2026: Yoga Nidra & Sankalpa Workshop
As we cross the threshold into a new year, this workshop invites you to pause, reflect, and listen inward. Through gentle movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and journaling, you’ll be guided to uncover your Dharma Sankalpa: your soul’s unique purpose and the energy you’re meant to embody and share with the world.
With your Dharma Sankalpa as the foundation, you’ll then craft your secondary Sankalpa: a supportive intention that nurtures and sustains your growth throughout the year ahead.
To complete the workshop you will be guided in the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). You’ll journey into stillness, where you will plant your Sankalpas in your mind, while in a highly receptive state. You'll come out of the practice nourished and refreshed and ready to move forward with intention.

This playful and supportive class is designed for you and your little one! Move your body, rebuild strength, and connect with your baby in a calm, welcoming space. Each session includes gentle movement, breathwork, and time to bond—not only with your baby, but also with a community of fellow parents.
No yoga experience required.
