Let's get 80's for EDAS FUNdraiser!
Ready to get your 80's on? Let’s sweat it out for a fantastic cause—EDAS: Everybody Deserves a Smile—and help bring some holiday cheer to those in need in our community.
Join the IPF teaching team at the studio for a totally tubular, all-levels workout full of good vibes and great tunes. Expect a fun mix of 80s-inspired moves that will leave you smiling, sweaty, and feeling strong.
No experience

All bodies and all levels welcome
80s outfits highly
encouraged (but not required!)
Whether you're rocking leg warmers or just showing up with a smile, this is your chance to move, groove, and give back.
EDAS Comox Valley partners with many of our
local schools to create special, hand-decorated gift bags, filled
with love. These care packages then get handed out to our homeless
community in different shelters and locations around the Comox
Valley.
EDAS Care Packages include:
- a heartfelt card made by students
- homemade sugar cookies
- warm woollen socks
- a toque
-warm scarf
-gloves or mitts
- hand sanitizer
- toothbrush & toothpaste
- soap
