Join us on Sunday, September 21st for a special gathering in honour of International Day of Peace, a day when people worldwide come together in meditation, healing, and intention for peace.
We’ll connect with this global energy through gentle, beginner-friendly stretching and movement to prepare the body and calm the nervous system. Then, relax in Shavasana as you’re immersed in the soothing sounds of nature—songbirds, flowing water—blended with the healing vibrations of gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, bells, and other sacred instruments.

Menopause is a powerful transition, and what you eat can be one of your best allies. The right nutrition can help ease symptoms, boost energy, and most importantly, support your long-term health through this transformative phase of life.
In this workshop, we’ll cut through the confusion and focus on what really matters—how food can fuel your body, balance your mood, and keep you feeling strong and vibrant.
Guided by Registered Dietitian, Erin Roman, this session is designed to support women at every stage of menopause—from perimenopause to years post-menopause.
You’ll walk away with knowledge and confidence to make nourishing choices every day.
Erin takes a heart-centred approach to care, which means she works with you, together, taking into consideration everything about who and where you are in life, to support your overall well-being.
She believes in joyful eating, curiosity in food preparation, and taking the time to enjoy nourishing choices with the people you love. She believes in a non-diet approach, meaning, she will focus on simple, nutritious, whole foods that work for you.
Erin has experience in oncology nutrition, yoga therapy, professional cooking and humanistic medicine. We are thrilled to welcome her to Studio IPF!
