Cosmic Sound Healing
“Some part of our being knows this (the cosmos) is where

In this sound healing, participants will experience gentle
stretching (all beginner level) followed by a continuous AUM (OM)
that will assist with opening higher awareness and connection to
the cosmos. Participants will then lie face up in Shivasana to
experience the peaceful, healing sounds of gongs, crystal and
Tibetan bowls, bells and cosmic music.
Dr.
Michelle Hebert DC, MPH, CHt, E-RYT, has worked in the field of
mind-body medicine and wellness for over 20 years and has developed
expertise in leading individual and group healing sessions that
include sound healing instruments, meditation, guided
visualization, and yogic techniques.
This
