Learn how to use the hammock as a prop to the Yoga practice. Using the hammock will provide support and assistance in postures that are often more complicated to get into, like inversions and balancing postures. You will learn how to flow using the hammock as you learn the lingo and familiarize yourself with the hammock. Movement in the hammock can be challenging and fun, so you will learn at a slow pace and have plenty of time to ask questions and break down movements.
You will learn: basic grounded moves and how to invert, conditioning and stretching, standing in the hammock, transitions in and out of the hammock, transitions inside the hammock, climbing and wraps, combos and sequencing, and discussion/questions about the hammock practice. Each week see your growth with new skills and confidence in the hammocks!
