Join SunState Yoga teacher, Marissa, as she breaks down balancing. In this workshop, Marissa will explain how to get in and out of balancing postures, as well as tie them to their sister standing postures. This class is for anyone who wants to understand how to improve your balance, fluidity, and ease. Beginners welcome! As a teacher, Marissa notices the concentration and sometimes frustration that can arise with some balancing poses, so this workshop will teach you to find the fun, play, and joy in balancing.
