This life-enriching program provides effective tools to strengthen intimate relationships or skillfully prepare for one. In-class experiential exercises and research-based home-study materials guide participants in developing an embodied understanding of how to cultivate a thriving relationship.
Mindfulness skills are the foundation of the program. Mindful practices include Insight Dialogue, sitting meditation and movement practices (Yoga and Qigong). This program is designed for any adult, partnered or single, who is seeking a more satisfying intimate relationship and a more balanced and enriching lifestyle. Individuals of all genders and sexual orientations are welcome.
3 Saturday Classes – Aug. 26, Sept. 16 & 30 from 11 am to 3 pm.
One-hour group internet meetings will be held in the weeks between classes.
The early bird rate of $300 ends on August 12th.

About the facilitators John Shealy and Jordan Dye are a married couple who together have over 45 years of experience practicing and teaching mindfulness. John is a licensed psychologist. Jordan is a certified social worker. Both are trained yoga instructors and live a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
