Wondering how to take the step from Yoga Basics to Vinyasa Flow? This workshop will break down common sequences and poses often seen in vinyasa and power flow yoga classes. We will explore Sun Salutations A and B, variations on chaturanga dandasana, warrior poses, backbends and more! Many options for using props will be offered to make poses more accessible.
