Join Talia in community as we welcome the new year with an intentional blend of Qi Gong and Yoga. This nourishing practice is designed to center your body, quiet the mind, and cultivate a deep sense of peace and presence. We’ll set meaningful intentions for 2026, Explore gentle and mindful movement and breathwork that both energizes and soothes. The experience will be rounded out with restorative postures to support deep relaxation, rest, and integration.
