Immerse yourself on this Bump Workshop for mums-to-be.

Led by Jenna and May, this fantastic duo have come together to provide you with the knowledge, tools and techniques to empower you on your pre-natal journey.

Jenna will begin the workshop with a 50 minute yoga practice. A gentle, supportive class designed to nurture and empower expectant mothers. Focusing on safe, modified poses to build strength, ease discomfort, and promote relaxation, all while preparing the body and mind for childbirth.

Midwife, Hypnobirthing teacher and founder of Positive Birth Jersey, May Bourne will lead a guided relaxation, along with some simple breath work, and focus on the importance of releasing tension during pregnancy and birth.

This combo is sure to fill you with a sense of strength and confidence for the mind and body.

Baby & Me | Postpartum course

Join Jenna for a four-week Pilates course.

Bring your baby along with you to Kalimukti, to help you re-connect with the abdominal region and ease back in to exercise.

We provide a friendly environment where you can meet other mums and babies, change and feed as and when suits and all equipment is provided (including blankets for babies to lie on).

The course will help you to re-build your inner core, starting by reconnecting with the breathing and pelvic floor exercises. Gradually building the bodies strength and stability in a safe and supported way.

At the end of the class we will take time to release any tension held in the body with a deeply restful pose (some time to re fill your cup)!

Join the course 5-6 weeks postpartum, once your health care provider has given you the all clear to start postnatal exercise.

Please inform Jenna if you have had a c-section or have any injuries or concerns that should be taken into account.

Feel free to repeat the course as often as you like as the exercises will constantly be changing and adapting to suit everyone and offer you the right amount of strength and relaxation.

Make sure to wear comfortable clothing. We do have lift but buggy parking is limited so please fold down your pram donw in the corridor by the lift or bring baby in car/seat or carrier if possible.

What to bring - a baby carrier/sling (but options without are also provided)
