With poetic metaphor, precise placement, and a touch of seasonal ritual, this practice is both deeply grounding and expansive, helping you settle into the wisdom of the season with grace.

This focused 2-week Critical Alignment Therapy (YCAT) series is designed to help restore space, support, and ease through the spine using precise, therapeutic positioning.
Over four progressive sessions, students will learn how to:

YCAT is slow, specific, and deeply therapeutic. This is not a workout and not a traditional stretch class — it is intelligent, guided work that helps the body reorganize from the inside out.
Because each session builds on the previous one, participants are encouraged to attend the full series.

Welcome the energy of renewal as tuning forks, set to specific frequencies, are woven into long-held Yin shapes to encourage energetic realignment and deep relaxation.
The session begins with gentle, mindful movement to unify body and mind, followed by restorative Yin postures supported with props. Guided breathwork and meditation invite you inward as sound healing with tuning forks supports emotional balance, stress relief, and energetic clearing.

Also known as sound meditation, a sound bath is a healing experience that activates the parasympathetic nervous system and modifies brainwave states.
Join Kyla Campbell for an experience that promotes deep relaxation, balances energy, and provides opportunities for physical, mental, emotional, and energetic release. Through the various tones and vibrations of singing bowls, vocal toning, and other instruments, the body is supported in shifting into a higher frequency. In this state, miraculous changes can occur.

5 Days to Settle Your Nervous System
As the energy of spring begins to rise, many bodies are still carrying the tension and fatigue of winter.
This five-day Yin immersion is an invitation to slow down, soften, and create the conditions for your nervous system to settle.
Through longer, supported holds, weighted sandbags, and an unhurried pace, this series gives your body time to release deeply held tension and restore a sense of ease.
Each 90-minute session is designed to help your body relax and gently release into a quieter, more settled rhythm.
This is a dedicated week to allow your nervous system to stand down.
