It is a self-paced, noncompetitive, graceful form of exercise appropriate for all levels of fitness. Learning to do the forms correctly builds bone density as it increases muscle strength, flexibility and overall coordination. Practicing Tai Chi contributes to better standing, walking, and seated postures. Practitioners realize benefits including improved balance and posture, stress relief and ease of movement in life's daily activities.

Experience a sound bath intended to guide your consciousness to a still place of ease and wellness. These sounds are designed to empower you with your own awareness, which brings wellness on all levels. When the mind is calm, presence is deeper. Relax, breathe fully, watch and listen to what is present within you, in your mind.

During this sound bath you are free to lie down in savasana, sit in a chair or choose your favorite meditation pose.

Along with crystal bowls, Kennedy also brings array of musical instruments including his own self made didgeridoos. In his musical performances he includes Unity Harp, Vocals, Singing Bowls(crystal and metal), Tibetan bells, gongs, didgeridoos, hulusi(gourd flute), guzheng(Asian harp), Rav Vast(handpan), Shruti Box, and more.
