DAILY SCHEDULE

• Drop-off: 8:00-8:30 AM
• Training begins: 9:00 AM
• clean-up: 3:00 PM
• Pick-up: 3:30 PM

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Professional martial arts training
• Fun games and skill-building activities
• Exciting off-site excursions
• Character development 8
• 8 Class credits per week

WHAT TO BRING

• Impact training shirt (required for practice)
• Bagged lunch (to accommodate dietary needs)
• Water bottle
• Classes required Equipment (Block Weapon - Sparring gear)
