A private 6-week class for Trinity ladies and friends, designed for women and girls of all ages — babies are welcome 🤍

This beginner-friendly New Year series focuses on new strength, confidence, and healthy momentum as we start the year together. Each session features 8 simple, effective exercises, primarily bodyweight-based, with the option to add light weights as you progress over the 6 weeks.

The goal is steady growth — building strength, energy, and consistency in a supportive, encouraging environment. After each class, stay and enjoy connection and fellowship together.
