Pre-Reg Mom & Baby / Mom & Toddler Fitness

This high-energy fitness class is designed for moms who want a challenging, full-body workout without leaving their little ones behind. Expect strength and functional movements that build endurance, core strength, and full-body conditioning. 

Babies and toddlers will be safely incorporated into the workout or can play nearby, allowing you to focus on movement while staying connected. Modifications will be offered throughout, making this class accessible for all fitness levels - from newly postpartum mamas to seasoned movers.

This will be an $85 5-week series offered over the course of 6 weeks. If you need to miss a class you will get the chance to make it up in the 6th week. 

Registration will be capped at 9 participants.
