Instructor approval required. Students must be able to regular climb and do a clean V-Up on the ground.
Students will learn aerial fabric, trapeze, hoop, hammock, and harness in a fun, safe environment. Students will build strength and self esteem while learning proper technique, skills, and combinations.
Kidz will learn the basics of aerial including footlocks, climbs, poses and flexibility work. No pre-requisite. All beginners are welcome to join.
Prequisites: Same and opposite side climbs, single star, and hipkey
