Gravidynamics Conscious Movement
and Bodywork is an innovative therapeutic
and educational method to living in
our body optimally with Gravity by integrating Physics
and Consciousness Principles, with
Movement Education, Neuro-Myofascial Bodywork,
Self-Bodywork, and Body-Mind
Dialogue. This approach, added to your Bodywork, can
give you greater understanding and
response-ability in teaching your clients how to be
consciously more centered, balanced,
and present in their body, mind, and their lives.
You will
come away from this class knowing how to:
• See,
assess & coach your client’s movement and posture in with
Gravity improving
their structural alignment,
functioning & conscious awareness
• Help your clients discover how
their repetitive stress, pain, injuries, and traumas
have
shaped their energy, movement, &
posture and affected their body & mind
• Teach your clients Spiraling
movement that aligns their body healthier with Gravity
• Retrain your client’s
Sense-ability of their body’s Nervous System to release
ingrained
Motor responses that are distorting
their structure
• Use Conscious Dialoguing to
support your clients experiencing the integration of
their
soulful energy with their movement,
structure, and body-mind awareness
This Experiential Training begins
by videotaping and assessing your own movement
pattern. You will also give and receive 2
