Classes included in this boot camp:
Monday 5am: PIIT (Pilates Intense Interval Training): 28 minutes of burning fat and sweating by using pilates principles & intentional movement.
Wednesday 5am: HOT Strength Training: Build resistance, strength, and stamina with us while using weights!
Friday 5am: PIIT (Pilates Intense Interval Training): 28 minutes of burning fat and sweating by using pilates principles & intentional movement.
HOT classes are Infrared classes. With Far Infrared technology - the heat that targets you, not the room - you'll experience deeper flexibility, improved mobility, and a stronger connection to your body. For this boot camp, we offer 4 different 8:15am class options. You get to choose which 3 classes you'd like to attend each week. If you want to attend the 4th class time each week, let me know and it'll be an additional $5 per class.
Classes included in this boot camp:
Tuesday 8:15am: Strength Step Aerobics: A FUN workout you don't want to miss! Including a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to sculpt the legs & certainly get your heart rate up!
Wednesday 8:15am: HOT Barrilates: HOT barre + pilates. Oh what fun! You will experience the alignment & flexibility that pilates offers + detailed toning and conditioning that barre brings with a burn. Our instructors target every muscle group. This class is great for all levels!
Thursday 8:15am: HOT Sculpt: HOT Sculpt combines the core-strengthening principles of pilates with dynamic, full-body movements in a heated room. Using light weights and resistance bands, this high-energy session enhances muscle endurance, flexibility, and calorie burn while promoting deep core engagement.
Friday 8:15am: HOT Yoga: Hot yoga just got even hotter! Equal parts healing and challenging, this yoga class offers a juicy, deep stretch as well as opportunities to play and fly. Your nervous system will thank you for joining.

Monday 12:10pm: Strong Body: Strength-focused class offered by ACE certified personal trainer, Karen Sears. If you've always wanted to work with a certified personal trainer, but haven't had the chance AND you've been curious about The Hidden Gem, try out this class!
Tuesday 12:10pm: Pilates: Contemporary, very fluid, low impact interval training. We offer functional, human reformer, barrilates, and pop pilates curriculum and methodologies.

Monday 5:30pm: Beat Boxing CALLING ALL CARDIO JUNKIES! Come punch, kick, and dance it out with us!
Tuesday 5:30pm: HOT Circuit: HOT yoga + strength + cardio. We like to multiply in this class! Rounds of 3 are our favorite.
