Cancellation & Booking Policy Change - Effective May 1st 2026
After reviewing member feedback and our class attendance data, we will be updating our in-person group fitness class and NOCK LIFT booking and cancellation policy, effective May 1, 2026. These changes are designed to help ensure that no spots go unused and that more members have the opportunity to attend classes they love. What’s changing from May 1st 2026; A minimum of 2 hours’ notice is now required to cancel an in-person group fitness class or NOCK LIFT session. You can now book in-person group fitness classes up to 15 minutes before start time, making it easier to grab a last minute spot. Late cancellations (under 2 hours) or a no-show for group fitness classes by members with an Unlimited Membership, including Student Membership will result in a $10.00 late cancel fee. Late cancellations (under 2 hours) or a no-show for group fitness classes by members with an Essentials Membership or Class Pack Holders will result in the class being forfeited. Late cancellations (under 2 hours) or a no-show for NOCK LIFT sessions will result in the session being forfeited, with no make-up available. Continued use of your Membership, Class Pack, NOCK LIFT registrations and attendance in classes after this date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We want to be transparent, this decision was made thoughtfully, with both our members and our business in mind. Our goal is not to penalize, but to encourage consistency, commitment, and accountability in your fitness routine. We also want to make sure every available spot is used. Our previous cancellation window didn’t allow enough time for waitlisted members to join a class or offer a NOCK LIFT make up, often leaving spaces empty in otherwise full classes. We understand that life gets busy and plans can change. This updated 2 hour window is designed to be a fair and realistic balance giving you flexibility while also supporting fellow members and the studio schedule. Busy classes allow us to continue offering a diverse schedule, support our incredible instructors, and create the high energy environment that makes our community so special.
