Join us for a sacred in-person gathering where sound healing, guided meditation, Reiki, and the heart-opening essence of cacao come together in a nourishing, intentional space.

We will ground together in circle with a cacao blessing to open the heart and deepen presence, followed by a journey inward through sound and stillness - immersed in meditative frequencies, the healing touch of Reiki, and loving community energy.

 

This is your space to release, receive, and reconnect - with yourself and others.
To make the evening as nourishing as possible, here’s a list of everything that we will provide for you during our ceremony:

A yoga mat and cushion to sit or lie down comfortably.
A blanket to stay cozy during the journey.
Water to stay hydrated.

To help you feel most supported, you are welcome to bring any of the following with you:

Anything else that helps you feel grounded (a journal, crystals, layers etc.)
Most importantly, come with an open heart and the willingness to simply be in connection with yourself and others during our time together.

A brief group reflection to integrate our experience together - leave feeling more calm and grounded.
