• Arrive 5 minutes early to allow time to settle in.

• Hot tea will be provided to support relaxation and presence.

• Come with an open heart and a willingness to share and listen with compassion.

• Confidentiality is essential—what is shared in the circle stays within the circle. No information about attendance or discussions will be shared outside of this space.

• We are pleased to offer this event free of charge, but if you feel inspired to support the space, donations are welcome.

• This opportunity is limited to 15 people—if something comes up and you are no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
