Bachelorette Party Yoga at The Pillar
Celebrate love, laughter, and connection with a special yoga experience designed just for the bride and her closest people. This all-levels class is perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike — no experience needed. Together we’ll move, breathe, and unwind in a lighthearted, welcoming environment where everyone is free to be themselves. Expect gentle movement, mindful breath, and maybe a few giggles along the way as we create space to connect with ourselves and each other before the big day.
Come as you are — this is about feeling good, not looking perfect!
Sacred Pause: A Self-Love & Healing Workshop
with Ashley | Wednesday, August 21 | 6:00–7:30 PM
Take a sacred pause from the busyness of life and come home to yourself.
In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll be guided through a grounding meditation to settle your nervous system, followed by hands-on Reiki and the gentle presence of crystals to support deep energetic healing.
We’ll close in circle—with time to share (if you wish), sip tea, and receive a small self-care gift to take home.
This is your invitation to slow down, soften, and remember:
you are worthy of your own love and care.
No experience needed—just bring yourself.
