(T1800) Mixed Ability Yoga with Julie Brunton 6-7.15pm
All new students are required to complete a health questionnaire, which will be reviewed by the teacher. If needed, the teacher will then contact you to arrange a brief telephone assessment to confirm that the class is suitable for you.
This intermediate level yoga class is designed for students with an established practice who feel confident moving through a range of postures with awareness and control. The class offers a steady yet dynamic pace, exploring strength, mobility and flexibility while deepening understanding of alignment, breath and flow.
Lorraine guides students through thoughtfully structured sequences that build heat, stamina and focus, with space to refine technique and explore more challenging variations where appropriate. Attention is given to linking movement with breath, supporting both physical strength and mental clarity.
The class is ideal for those looking to deepen their practice, build resilience in the body, and enjoy the grounding and energising benefits of a well-rounded yoga session.
