Alisons classes encourage you to slow down, breathe with awareness, and gently turn inward. She invites you to trust your own body, stay connected to the natural world, and let your yoga practice support you through the changing seasons of life. Each class ends with Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful practice that offers a sense of coming home to yourself.

Alison qualified as a Yoga Teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2009 and has been teaching and learning ever since. An eternal student, Alison teaches you how to breathe, and pay attention and be mindful; you will learn to look inwards and trust the wisdom of your own body; you will learn how to connect your yoga practice with the beauty of the natural world and the changing seasons and to take what you experience on the mat and apply it to all aspects of your life.
