This intermediate level yoga class is designed for students with an established practice who feel confident moving through a range of postures with awareness and control. The class offers a steady yet dynamic pace, exploring strength, mobility and flexibility while deepening understanding of alignment, breath and flow.
Lorraine guides students through thoughtfully structured sequences that build heat, stamina and focus, with space to refine technique and explore more challenging variations where appropriate. Attention is given to linking movement with breath, supporting both physical strength and mental clarity.
The class is ideal for those looking to deepen their practice, build resilience in the body, and enjoy the grounding and energising benefits of a well-rounded yoga session.

Tuesday 2:15 - 3:30pm 14 Apr - 19 May (6 sessions)
For mamas: Each week we will practise a themed sequence that will help strengthen, heal and restore the body, mind and spirit.
The aim of each session is that you will learn and practise a variety of simple and practical techniques dedicated to your wellbeing and self-care.
For babies: As part of the session we will also be practising fun baby yoga moves and songs that will help with your baby’s physical milestones and brain development.
Sessions end with a relaxation where Rachel will look after your babies so you can enjoy a guided relaxation on your mat.
Sessions also focus on relieving those common pregnancy ailments like backache, heartburn, restless legs, sleeplessness and tight hips.
Sessions are suitable from 14 weeks and are also a lovely way to meet other mamas-to-be.
SESSIONS CAN BE BOOKED IN 6-WEEK BLOCKS AND YOU ARE WELCOME TO CONTINUE UNTIL YOU HAVE YOUR BABY.
