Alison's classes encourage you to slow down, breathe with awareness, and gently turn inward. She invites you to trust your own body, stay connected to the natural world, and let your Yoga practice support you through the changing seasons of life. Each class ends with Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful practice that offers a sense of coming home to yourself.

Alison qualified as a Yoga Teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2009 and has been teaching and learning ever since. An eternal student, Alison teaches you how to breathe, and pay attention and be mindful; you will learn to look inwards and trust the wisdom of your own body; you will learn how to connect your yoga practice with the beauty of the natural world and the changing seasons and to take what you experience on the mat and apply it to all aspects of your life.

This Mixed Ability Yoga class offers a calm, supportive practice designed to nurture both body and mind. Sessions follow a clear and thoughtful structure, supporting strength, flexibility, balance and ease of movement, while also encouraging relaxation, focus and overall wellbeing. Regular practice may help reduce stress and anxiety, ease back and joint discomfort, and build confidence in both body and mind.

Carole has been teaching Hatha Yoga since qualifying with the British Wheel of Yoga in 1995. She holds both a Further and Adult Education Teacher’s Certificate and the British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma. Her teaching style is calm, considered and step by step, allowing students to work safely at their own pace and according to their individual needs. Carole is passionate about making yoga accessible and believes it can benefit everyone, regardless of age, background, ability or physical and mental limitations.
