Join us for a rejuvenating yoga session with the amazing instructor, Rebecca Skeel. This event is perfect for everyone, regardless of your yoga experience. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, Rebecca will guide you through a relaxing and invigorating practice.
During this session, you'll have the opportunity to connect with your body, mind, and soul. Rebecca will lead you through a series of poses, focusing on breath control and alignment. Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, reduce stress, or simply enjoy a peaceful hour, this yoga class is for you.
Don't worry if you've never tried yoga before. Rebecca is known for her welcoming and supportive teaching style, making sure everyone feels comfortable and at ease.
About Rebecca...
Rebecca gained her first Yoga qualification in India in 2014, and 3 years later completed a further 200 hours’ training with Yoga Campus. She has done additional work in Yoga for Anxiety and Depression, in Anatomy and Physiology and has trained as a Positive Movement instructor at the Centre.
Working on the principle “If you can breathe, you can do Yoga”, Rebecca adapts Yoga practices to suit all levels of ability and need. She encourages students to connect breath and movement in order to overcome habitual patterns of movement which can cause pain and instability.
Rebecca is a fan of movement in all its forms and though a variety of classes you will find a focus on functional mobility, subtle breathwork and insight meditation.

Move. Nourish. Rise is a programme to help women navigate through the often confusing roles she faces when she moves from being a person in her own right to being focussed on the wellbeing of her child. Developed by a vastly experienced Yoga teacher who is an ICF-registered coach, a qualified mentor and a former social worker, this unique programme takes you beyond the superficial to a deeper communication and connection with other mothers and to a re-definition of your very self and who you are.
This is an inspirational programme which creates a safe space for women to establish rituals and practices which can support them on their journey through motherhood. Based on the MamaRising formula, it includes Yoga, journaling, coaching, and sharing.
Each session is 90 mins. 45 Min Yoga practice, and 20 min prompted journal writing, and 25 mins of reflection/group coaching/sharing.
