Yoga needs little introduction. Our classes, taught by experienced and well qualified instructors, provide a stable structure whose benefits will infuse every aspect of your life. A Nutritional therapist and Pranayama teacher, Terri's Yoga classes aim to bring the body closer to balance - working towards physical, mental & emotional wellbeing. Combining breath awareness, postures, pranayama and relaxation, Terri's classes combine Hatha yoga & somatic movement with softness, flow & strength. Classes are suitable for every body with props & modifications provided.
