The GYROTONIC® Method Level 1 Final Certification course is the final step in becoming a certified GYROTONIC® Trainer. To take this course, the following pre-requisites must be met:

• Successful completion of Level 1 Pre-training course, Foundations course, and Apprentice Review.

• The Master Trainer overseeing your Supervised Apprentice Review Course must sign and date your Apprentice Log Sheet, including the last page giving “final approval” to take the Final Certificate Course.

• Your Apprentice Log Sheet must show 60 completed teaching hours minimum.

• You must present your Apprentice Log Sheet at registration on the first day of the Final Certificate Course. DO NOT mail the Apprentice Log Sheet!

This 3-day course serves as a refresher for GYROTONIC® Level 1 trainers or fulfills the required yearly update for GYROTONIC® Pretrainers.

This is a great course to keep your license renewed and to be up to date with current changes or modifications in the system.

Prerequisite: GYROTONIC® Level 1 Trainer

This three day course introduces GYROTONIC® Trainers to the Level 2, Program 2 exercises and prepares them for the GYROTONIC® Level 2, Program 2 Course. The course will be taught by Authorized Master Trainer Kathy Van Patten.

Prerequisite: GYROTONIC® Level 1 Certified Trainer for a minimum of 4 months

The Gyrotonic Level 1 Foundation course provides students with the specific skills and techniques needed to teach these exercises to clients. During this course, a Gyrotonic Master Trainer introduces the teaching techniques and principles underlying the Gyrotonic Level 1 exercise syllabus and introduces the complete Gyrotonic Level 1 exercise curriculum.

Once students successfully complete the Gyrotonic Level 1 Foundation Course, they are considered a Gyrotonic Apprentice. At this stage, the Gyrotonic Level 1 Apprenticeship period begins, and students can begin teaching the Gyrotonic Level 1 exercises they have learned in the role of Gyrotonic Level 1 Apprentice.
