The GYROKINESIS® Method Level 1 Final Certification course is the final step in becoming a certified GYROKINESIS® Trainer. In order to take this course, the following pre-requisites must be met:

Successful completion of Level 1 Pre-training course, Foundations course, and Apprentice Review.

The Master Trainer overseeing your Supervised Apprentice Review Course must sign and date your Apprentice Log Sheet, including the last page giving “final approval” to take the Final Certificate Course.

Your Apprentice Log Sheet must show the minimum requirement of 30 completed teaching hours.

You must present your Apprentice Log Sheet at registration on the first day of the Final Certificate Course. DO NOT mail the Apprentice Log Sheet!

The Archway is considered by many to be the most physically demanding piece of specialized equipment. The design of the Archway facilitates users to perform exercises in differing relationships to gravity and is a great tool to strengthen without compression. The previous archway course has been expanded and revised and is now two separate programs. This is the first of the two programs and is a prerequisite for Archway Level 2.
