The Archway is considered by many to be the most physically demanding piece of specialized equipment. The design of the Archway facilitates users to perform exercises in differing relationships to gravity and is a great tool to strengthen without compression. The previous archway course has been expanded and revised and is now two separate programs. This is the first of the two programs and is a prerequisite for Archway Level 2.

Register online and pay a $250 deposit/studio fee to reserve your place. Tuition is due the first day of the course payable by cash, check, or Venmo to Tamara Yoneda.

Course Fee: $1050 + $250 Non-refundable Deposit/Studio Fee
