The Gyrotonic Level 1 Foundation course provides students with the specific skills and techniques needed to teach these exercises to clients. During this course, a Gyrotonic Master Trainer introduces the teaching techniques and principles underlying the Gyrotonic Level 1 exercise syllabus and introduces the complete Gyrotonic Level 1 exercise curriculum.

Once students successfully complete the Gyrotonic Level 1 Foundation Course, they are considered a Gyrotonic Apprentice. At this stage, the Gyrotonic Level 1 Apprenticeship begins, and students can teach the Gyrotonic Level 1 exercises they have learned in the role of a Gyrotonic Level 1 Apprentice.

Register online and pay a $600 studio fee to reserve your place. Tuition is due the first day of the course and is payable by cash, check, or Venmo to Charley ALdred.

Course Dates: October 12-17th & October 19-24 (Day off is Monday, 10/19)

Course Duration: 12 days, 60 hours

Hours: 11 pm - 5 pm every day

Course Fee: $2100 + $600 Non-refundable Deposit/Studio Fee

Prerequisite: Completion of Gyrotonic Level 1 Pre-Training Course
