Pneuma Trance with Louis & Karina
May 2, 2026 - May 2, 2026
Pneuma Trance is a gentle,
consciousness-expanding practice that uses breathing to guide you
into a calm, meditative state. Unlike intense breathwork sessions,
this experience is soothing and grounding, designed to help you
access a quiet space within where your mind, body, and spirit can
naturally realign. Through guided breathwork, you'll ease into a
peaceful awareness where stress melts away, mental clarity emerges,
and your body remembers how to relax deeply.
What You'll Experience:
During this session, Louis will guide you through the breathwork
journey, helping calm your nervous system and open doors to deeper
self-understanding. Karina will work with the energy in the room,
connecting with each person's unique frequency to help clear any
blockages and support your inner flow.
Benefits:
- Release built-up tension and stress
- Experience profound mental clarity and calm
- Reconnect with your authentic self
- Improve your sleep, focus, and overall sense of well-being
- Access a peaceful state where healing happens naturally

An Evening of Ancient Flute Music with Carlos Bastón Coyocohualli
May 15, 2026 - May 15, 2026
Imagine the sounds that echoed through
the valleys of ancient Mexico. Now you can experience them live.
We're thrilled to present Carlos Bastón Coyocohualli, a
distinguished multi-instrumentalist musician, flutist, and
percussionist who specializes in pre-Hispanic instrumentation and
sound. His compositional work spans film, theater, and documentary,
with notable credits including The Legend of La Nahuala
and Neri Vela: Space Without Limits. Through
Teotihuacan, Valley of the Gods, he has represented Mexico
internationally across the United States, Colombia, and Latin
America, bringing ancestral Mexican musical traditions to global
audiences.
Beyond performance and composition,
Carlos is deeply committed to inclusion through the arts. He
develops musical ensembles with people with disabilities, using
pre-Hispanic instruments as a central expressive element in his
inclusive work. This dedication to accessibility and representation
earned him the International Art and Inclusion Award in 2024.
