Introduction to Pneuma
Trance® with Louis Simons & Karina
Pneuma Trance® is a method for exploring and understanding
consciousness. Through introspective breathing, it gently guides
the participant into a pleasant, hypnotic state of awareness, a
threshold where mind and body settle into clear, conscious silence.
This silence isn’t empty, it’s a living space where we can
reconnect with our natural balance, understand ourselves more
deeply, and reorganize from within.
Unlike many modern breathwork styles that focus on emotional
release, Pneuma Trance® is about learning through awareness and
symbolism. Its goal is not an intense or dramatic experience, but a
steady state of presence, harmony, and clarity where body, breath,
and mind work together as one. The breath helps calm the nervous
system and open access to expanded states of awareness, but silence
is the real heart of the practice. In that silence, emotions,
thoughts, and energies naturally integrate, and the soul remembers
its own rhythm.
During this introductory
session, you will embark on an inner journey designed
to:
