Before You Register: Have you taken Beginner Pole and received Instructor Approval to move into Intermediate 1? Beginner Pole is a mandatory prerequisite to our Intermediate Pole Series. For the continued safety of our staff and students, instructor approval is required to graduate from Beginner to Intermediate 1. This level will introduce new strength challenges as the skills orient the body in new ways to the pole to increase strength in the back and shoulders. This hour-long class will include a range-of-motion warm-up, strengthening exercises, and a new skill each week. This level will support Level 4-6 students for our previous pole clients.

It's a perfect opportunity to challenge yourself with spins and introduce climbing to enhance your strength. Each hour-long class will begin with a brief range-of-motion warm-up, transitions, and a new strength training skill to master each week. For our previous pole clients, this level will provide the perfect support for Level 2-3 students, allowing you to see your progress and growth.

 Full competency in basic strength training inversions (inside leg hang, outside leg hang, butterfly, and caterpillar) is required. This hour-long class includes mindful and low-intensity warm-up and strength training exercises and skills.
