Before You Register: Have you taken Beginner Pole and received Instructor Approval to move into Intermediate 1 or 2? Beginner Pole is a mandatory prerequisite to our Intermediate Pole Series. For the continued safety of our staff and students, instructor approval is required to graduate from Beginner to Intermediate 1. Please reach out to your instructor or admin@thegoddessmovement.com if you have any questions!

This level will introduce new strength challenges as the skills orient the body in new ways to the pole to increase strength in the back and shoulders. This hour-long class will include a range-of-motion warm-up, strengthening exercises, and a new skill each week. This level will support Level 4-6 students for our previous pole clients.
