This pole fitness and flow class is designed for those who have already completed Intro to Pole and are eager to continue their journey by building on their foundations and strengthening their skills. It's a perfect opportunity to challenge yourself with spins and introduce climbing to enhance your strength. Each hour-long class will begin with a brief range-of-motion warm-up, transitions, and a new strength training skill to master each week. For our previous pole clients, this level will provide the perfect support for Level 2-3 students, allowing you to see your progress and growth.

Before You Register: Have you taken Intermediate Pole 2 and received Instructor Approval to move into Advanced Pole? Intermediate 2 is a mandatory prerequisite to our Advanced Pole Series. For the continued safety of our staff and students, instructor approval is required to graduate from Intermediate 2 to Advanced. Full competency in basic strength training inversions (inside leg hang, outside leg hang, butterfly, and caterpillar) is required. This hour-long class includes mindful and low-intensity warm-up and strength training exercises and skills.

Investment: 4 Class Series - 116 + Gst
New to pole? This class is your launching point! Learn the basics of pole movement and challenge your strength training with pole holds and spins. Our unique program accommodates those with low pre-existing fitness levels and provides options to challenge regular fitness enthusiasts! The class will include a low-intensity, mindful, and breath-focus warm-up and a progression of strength training skills. Classes begin the first week of every month.
