Before You Register: Have you taken Intro To Pole? Intro to Pole is a mandatory prerequisite to our Beginner Pole Series!

Online Public Registration: Online registration will be available on the 15th of the month prior to the start of this session! Currently enrolled students may email admin@thegoddessmovement.com to register at any time!

This pole fitness and flow class is designed for those who have already completed Intro to Pole and are eager to continue their journey by building on their foundations and strengthening their skills. It's a perfect opportunity to challenge yourself with spins and introduce climbing to enhance your strength. Each hour-long class will begin with a brief range-of-motion warm-up, transitions, and a new strength training skill to master each week. For our previous pole clients, this level will provide the perfect support for Level 2-3 students, allowing you to see your progress and growth.

For the continued safety of our staff and students, instructor approval is required to graduate from Beginner to Intermediate 1. Please reach out to your instructor or admin@thegoddessmovement.com if you have any questions!

This level will introduce new strength challenges as the skills orient the body in new ways to the pole to increase strength in the back and shoulders. This hour-long class will include a range-of-motion warm-up, strengthening exercises, and a new skill each week. This level will support Level 4-6 students for our previous pole clients.
