Level Requirements:
For Intermediate Session:
- Must have completed at least one intermediate session.
- Should be able to confidently perform an Inversion, Pole Sit, and Plank Descent from a hands-free inversion.

This beginner-friendly series is designed for brand new shufflers. You will learn about the history and culture of Melbourne style shuffle dancing, along with the fundamental movements and transitions that make up the style. While designed for beginners, participants should be prepared for an intermediate cardio level. Be ready for the best cardio of your life!

Learn the technique and skills to make your floor work sizzle! This series will focus on the mechanics of kips, shoulder balances, fish flops and more. This is not a choreography class — it is a sweat-inducing, muscle-working series designed to help you succeed in intermediate and advanced level floor tricks.
Kneepads are required. You must be able to hold a plank on your elbows, perform a push-up from your toes, and have a mindset that thrives on working through challenging skills and staying committed. Please wear layers that can cover your arms and shoulders, as well as socks. You may also bring platform heels if you would like to learn the tricks in that footwear.

This 4-week series explores different styles of feminine expression through choreography inspired by the bold, unapologetic energy of Cardi B. Sexy comes in many forms, and this series encourages students to explore authentic, powerful movement in a supportive environment.
