PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The LUVEN Performance Program is a 14-week dance training and performance experience. Each class is 1 hour and 45 minutes long and includes warm-up, strength-building, foundational skill development, and choreography for the final show.
This multi-genre program explores styles such as heels, burlesque, hip hop, shuffling, grounded animalistic movement, contemporary, and more. Each session highlights sensual and feminine expression through a blend of movement styles.
Commitment to the Tech/Dress Rehearsal and Show Day is mandatory. Costume purchase is required ($50–$150 estimated). This program is inclusive of all body sizes, gender orientations, and experience levels.

EXPERIENCED (by assessment only)
A high-level training group for dancers with 4+ years of multi-genre experience or those who’ve kept up their training beyond school. The work is dynamic, fast-paced, and requires strong character presence, stamina, and performance depth. Choreography is layered, technically demanding, and includes individual highlight moments.

Perfect for those with little to no dance background. This level is designed for anyone who feels like they have two left feet, no rhythm, or have never trained in dance. You'll be introduced to the foundational elements of movement, musicality (counts and timing), and start developing stage presence in a supportive and welcoming space.
