Saturday's 8:30am - 10:30am (2 hours) at The GP

Maybe you have always struggled with your weight, riding a constant roller coaster of numbers that go up and down. Maybe you are in the best physical shape of your life. Or maybe you find yourself increasingly stressed out by the world and all its demands.

In the Wellness Revelation you will be able to see yourself as God sees you!

Included in this 9-week journey: The Wellness Revelation book, weekly video teachings from author Alisa Keeton, a workout calendar with live links to instructor led workouts, Bible study, weekly small group meetings, including a 30 minute workout (including Pound and beyond the barre and a variety of other ways to move), food journal, private accountability group, private Facebook support group, encouragement and prayer from a certified facilitator and leaders.

Pound is a cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Beyond the barre will teach our bodies to move in new ways as we learn to move in freedom.
